Shipping and Returns

We dispatch most items within two business days of purchase.

We use a courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand which includes tracking. A flat rate of $6 applies to most orders.

Our standard courier service does not require a signature upon arrival. If required, please select this option during checkout. When placing your order you also have the option to advise a safe place for the courier to leave your package.

We do not ship to PO box addresses.

International Orders

We currently ship to Australia, USA, Canada, and the UK. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars.

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and are an estimate only, and do not include any customs related delays.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office to see if these apply before placing your order. If the customer chooses to decline to pay any duties or taxes, we may be charged to have the parcel returned to us; we reserve the right to pass these charges onto the customer by removing them from any refund processed.

Returns

If there are any issues with your order please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. Please note due to hygiene purposes for jewellery your order cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

In the rare circumstance items are damaged during transit, please contact us about the damage with photographic evidence so we can make a claim with our courier company. We can then replace or refund your purchase.
